1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TextUp mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
The App provides users with a secondary phone number for calling, messaging, and communication purposes, helping separate personal and business usage.

3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will NOT use the App to:
- Send spam, robocalls, or bulk messages
- Commit fraud, scams, or illegal activities
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Mislead users or businesses
- Violate any local, national, or international laws
You are solely responsible for all activities performed using your second phone number.
5. Short Duration Call Policy (Anti-Spam)
Calls lasting 8 seconds or less are considered short-duration calls. If such calls exceed 10% of your total monthly calls, your second number may be restricted, temporarily suspended, or permanently blocked.
This policy is required by telecom providers and helps prevent misuse.
6. Credits & Billing
1 credit = 1 minute
- Credits apply to both incoming and outgoing calls and SMS
- 1–60 seconds → 1 credit
- 61–120 seconds → 2 credits
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. We do not manage or store payment information.
7. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if these Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, telecom policies are breached, or required by law.
Upon termination, unused credits may be forfeited.
8. Data Deletion & Account Removal
A Delete Account / Data Deletion option is available in the Profile screen. You may also request deletion by emailing appledev650@gmail.com. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs within the App are the property of Techgear INC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without written permission.
10. Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Availability may be affected by network issues, maintenance, telecom restrictions, or technical limitations.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding service reliability, call quality, availability in all regions, or error-free operation. Use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Techgear INC shall not be liable for loss of data, financial loss, service interruptions, or misuse of the second phone number.
13. Government & Legal Compliance
You agree to comply with local telecom laws, government regulations, and country-specific communication rules. Authorities may take action if illegal or suspicious activity is detected.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
